The U.S. Air Force, through the 20th Contracting Squadron, is soliciting bids for the demolition of existing energy recovery ventilation units (ERUs) and the installation of two new Dedicated Outdoor Air Systems (DOAS) in Building 1130 annex at Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. The work must be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 115 calendar days. This requirement is a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 238220. The estimated value is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 14, 2026. Bids are due by September 18, 2026.
