Richland County Public Library is soliciting proposals from qualified professional consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive facilities condition assessment of all library locations. The assessment will establish a systemwide understanding of current facility conditions and identify deferred and anticipated capital needs. The selected consultant will also develop an actionable, financially informed 10-year Capital Improvement and Renewal Plan, including the anticipated timing and estimated cost of facility renewal or replacement.
