Description
Interior renovations of an existing 6,500 SF single-story sprinklered office building, classified as Level 3 alterations per IEBC. The scope includes demolition and alterations of interior partitions, finishes, ceilings, and mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. New work includes interior partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, finishes, MEP fixtures and ductwork, and MEP & FP modifications. The project is located at 506 N Guignard Dr, Sumter, SC 29150.
