Richland County is soliciting electronic bids from qualified suppliers for the construction of a 5-foot-wide sidewalk along the east side of Friarsgate Boulevard, extending from Rawls Creek Park to Old Well Road, a distance of approximately 1,456 feet. The scope of work includes concrete forming and placing, tree removal, pavement markings, utility coordination, minor relocations and adjustments, grassing, and restoration.
