Description
The Delaware Division of Public Health is establishing a multi-vendor pool of experienced vendors to provide consulting services under future Statements of Work on an as-needed basis; the solicitation does not guarantee specific work or deliverables. Vendors may propose for one or more categories, including behavioral health and clinical services, case management and training, community and professional services, fiscal, reporting, and data management, policy and governance, process improvement, data collection and analysis, program evaluations and needs assessments, organizational assessments, compliance, recruitment, grant writing, program and project management, research, and transportation, distribution, and relocation services. Requested work includes training on policies, procedures, reporting, regulations, statutes, state and federal requirements, and quality assurance; public health program design and strategic planning; workgroup facilitation; stakeholder and federal-partner communications; solicitation and contract-draft development; vendor assessment and negotiation support; and preparation of materials for leadership and stakeholders.
