Description
The Maryland State Board of Elections is procuring the goods and services necessary to replace and modernize Maryland’s existing statewide voter registration and election administration system, MDVOTERS. The requested solution must provide existing voter registration and election administration functionality, along with geographic information system (GIS) and redistricting capabilities. The solicitation is an RFP with a virtual pre-proposal conference scheduled for September 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Attendance requires completion of the pre-proposal conference RSVP form to receive the meeting link. The solicitation also emphasizes proper completion of the MBE D-1A forms.
