Description
The Delaware Department of Education is soliciting bids for 2027-model school buses under Contract 27003-BUSES. The procurement covers approximately 81 individually specified units for Delaware school districts and Department of Education use, with capacities ranging from 14 to 84 passengers and diesel, propane, and gasoline configurations. Required configurations include regular education, early childhood education, and special education buses, including units equipped with wheelchair lifts, integrated child seats, lap-shoulder restraints, air conditioning, and other listed option packages. Buses must comply with the solicitation's detailed chassis, body, safety, accessibility, equipment, warranty, and 2027 Delaware school transportation specifications.
