Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting turn-key flooring installation services for the Baltimore VA Medical Center, Loch Raven Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, and Perry Point VA Medical Center. The scope includes labor, equipment, tools, accessories, materials, demolition, disposal, floor leveling and smoothing, and installation of LVT, VCT, sheet vinyl, carpet tile, epoxy flooring, cove base, heat welding, and flash cove and corners. The solicitation is for a flooring BPA with a base year and four option years. Amendment 3 updates the site visits, questions schedule, and final quote deadline. Final quotes are due November 18, 2026, and must address all sites and flooring requirements.
