Description
The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau is soliciting bids for printing and binding 55,000 copies of an inspiration guide. Vendors must provide pricing for three versions: an 80-page publication, an 84-page publication, and an 88-page publication, each consisting of a specified page count plus a four-page cover. The finished publication must be 5.25 by 8.25 inches with perfect binding, a four-color cover on 80-pound #3 matte cover stock with aqueous and soft-touch coating, and a body printed on 50-pound Liberty matte text stock. Copies must be shrink-wrapped in bundles of 25 and packed approximately 150 per box. The vendor must furnish all labor, tools, equipment, and incidentals, with the finished product ideally delivered by December 18, 2026. Prices must remain firm for 90 calendar days and exclude sales tax and shipping.
