Description
The State of Delaware is establishing a central contract with one or more pre-qualified, professionally licensed electrical contractors to provide recurring electrical services for state agencies and other eligible governmental entities. The scope includes planning, installation, connection, testing, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance for high- and low-voltage systems, parking lot and high-mast lighting, transformers and distribution systems, underground conduits and conductors, switching and transfer equipment, solar photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems, and related electrical components. Contractors must provide labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, permitting, cleanup, safety verification, code-compliant performance, and any necessary adjustments, corrections, or replacements. Individual projects will not exceed $45,000.00. The State may make multiple awards. Respondents must provide technician labor rates, material and rental-equipment markups, responses to the mandatory questionnaire and vendor forms, and both original and redacted proposal files in PDF format. Emergency service offerings must provide onsite response within two hours when requested. The initial contract term is two years, from February 1, 2027, through January 31, 2029, with three one-year renewal periods available by negotiation.
