Description
Christina School District seeks one prime vendor to provide two integrated service components: comprehensive strategic communications and public-relations support, plus career-pathway development and professional development in communications and media production. Component A includes communications planning, leadership counsel, media relations, crisis communications, brand and reputation management, multilingual and community engagement, digital and social media support, internal communications, website content, and monthly and quarterly performance reporting. Component B includes a multi-year communications and media-production pathway for middle and high school students; workshops in media writing, video, photography, audio and podcast production, graphic design, social media, public speaking, and project management; mentorships, job shadows or externships, authentic project-based learning, portfolio development, staff professional development, and an annual student showcase. Optional services include informational campaigns, creative production, research, event communications, print and collateral design, equipment access, and expanded pathway capacity. The initial contract term is three years beginning December 1, 2026, with two one-year renewal periods. Vendors must address both components, provide pricing, references, key personnel, sample work, required forms, and applicable compliance documentation.
