The Cumberland County Utilities Authority is hiring a Regulatory Manager to plan, direct, and administer environmental compliance and regulatory programs. The role ensures adherence to federal, state, and local environmental laws governing wastewater treatment, solid waste, landfill, leachate management, industrial pretreatment, and stormwater systems. Responsibilities include managing permits, environmental reporting, agency coordination, and internal audits. The position supervises compliance staff and serves as the primary liaison with NJDEP and EPA. Minimum qualifications include five years of environmental compliance experience and three years of supervisory experience; a Licensed Wastewater Treatment Operator with S3 & C3 is preferred.
