Description
The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking qualified respondents to design, construct, and manage a new Central Warehouse and Logistics Center at Tampa International Airport. The approximately 11.41-acre development will include about 150,000 square feet of warehouse space, with approximately 60,000 square feet allocated to the Authority's Procurement Department to support growing inventory needs. The opportunity involves a major airport-area development and long-term ground lease arrangement, including site preparation, utilities, paving, stormwater management, landscaping, roadway improvements, warehouse construction, tenant improvements, leasing, facility management, and coordination with airport infrastructure. Respondents must provide design and construction methodologies, sustainability practices, project schedules, zoning and airport-regulation analysis, risk mitigation, leasing and financial strategies, financial-capacity information, project references, drawings, site plans, exterior elevations, materials and color samples, and required forms and certifications. The solicitation identifies a mandatory pre-solicitation conference and site tour, with responses due November 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
