Description
MSD of Wayne Township is seeking a single prime contractor to construct a new salt storage facility at its Operations Center. The project will be performed under a lump-sum contract and includes all labor, materials, and services required by the construction drawings and project manual. Approved equal substitutions may be proposed subject to prior written approval. Bids must be submitted on the project Bid Form and Indiana State Board of Accounts Form No. 96, along with financial data and a signed Affidavit of Non-Collusion. Prime bidders and subcontractors must comply with Indiana House Enrolled Act 1019. A bid security equal to 5% of the base bid is required. The successful bidder must provide 100% performance and labor and material payment bonds after award. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
