Description
This solicitation is for the installation and service of FORM 4 and FORM 4L 3D printers, manufactured by Form Labs. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price supply contract with FOB Destination delivery to the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard in Bremerton, WA. The procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and is a sole source award to Form Labs. The scope of work includes the installation of FORM 4 and FORM 4L printers, pre-form and hardware training, in-person training, shipping, and service warranties for both printer models. Additionally, the solicitation includes various resins (tough, high-temp, rigid, silicone) and build platforms for the printers. Offerors must provide a cage code, manufacturer information, complete all representations and certifications, and ensure current registration in SAM.gov. Lead time for delivery must also be included. For contractors required to implement NIST SP 800-171, a current assessment is necessary, unless the items are deemed Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS).
