Description
Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) requires the disassembly, transportation, and reassembly of one Mamava MV-8008-OR lactation pod. The pod is currently located in Building 6589 and will be moved to Building 1006, both on Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor in Silverdale, Washington. The work areas in both buildings are on the ground floor and accessible via double doors, with direct drive-up access. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary tools, equipment, and vehicles for the relocation. The entire process, including disassembly, transport, and reassembly, is expected to be completed within one business day, between the hours of 0700 and 1500. The exact date for performance will be coordinated upon contract award, with work commencing within 30 calendar days. The contractor must ensure services are performed by a trained technician knowledgeable in disassembling and reassembling the specific Mamava model. Base access, including potential Rapid Gate or DBIDS system registration and visitor badge applications, is required for all contractor personnel. A vehicle pass will also be necessary for non-Government vehicles, requiring registration and a company logo. Compliance with OSHA safety regulations, including appropriate PPE and personnel identification, is paramount. Contractor personnel must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
