Description
The City of Spokane is soliciting bids for Type K soft copper pipe that meets ASTM B88 standards. This purchase is for outright acquisition by the Water & Hydroelectric Services department, not a blanket order. All products must be newly manufactured and shipped directly from the factory. The pipe should be delivered in indicated roll lengths, individually boxed, single coiled, and on pallets with no more than 25 rolls per pallet for 1" pipe and 30 rolls per pallet for 3/4" pipe. Rolls must not be double-stacked on the delivery truck and must be uniformly round. The City will accept additional fractions of feet at no additional charge. Acceptable manufacturers are Mueller, Streamline, and Cambridge-Lee. All freight expenses are the responsibility of the winning supplier, and unit pricing should include delivery to the FOB point at 914 E. North Foothills Dr., Spokane, WA 99207. Partial deliveries will be accepted, and any delivery delays must be communicated to the City employee who placed the order before the anticipated delivery date. Deliveries are accepted Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The City reserves the right to purchase additional items at the quoted price. Payment terms are Net 30 after receipt of goods, with options for direct deposit/ACH and Visa credit card payment.
