Description
FEMA Region 10 requires a ballistic podium to provide enhanced ballistic protection for Protective Security Officers in the Bothell Federal Regional Center lobby. The podium must meet the 18NIJ level 3 Ballistic protection standard and feature oak wood construction with 18" ballistic glass. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation, and all relevant documents will be available electronically via SAM.gov. Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to submit quotes. Quotes will be evaluated based on a Best Value determination, considering Technical Approach/Capability and Prior Relevant Experience, Management Approach including Capability of Proposed Key Personnel, Past Performance, and Price, with the combined technical factors being equal in weight to price.
