Description
The City of Gig Harbor is proposing an amendment to the Binding Site Plan for the YMCA/Sports Complex project. This amendment is intended to reflect the final constructed conditions of the project site after the completion of civil improvements. Key revisions include adjustments to the pedestrian pathway along Harbor Hills Drive to align with an existing Trail Easement, the addition of a power easement, and minor site modifications such as the removal of a sidewalk and the installation of a detectable warning surface at the drop-off area. Updates to Phase 1B of the project involve incorporating a staircase connecting Harbor Hills Drive to the pickleball courts, adding a trash enclosure, and installing the park entrance sign. Importantly, no changes to the approved use or overall site layout are proposed with this amendment.
