Description
Clark Public Utilities is soliciting bids for the purchase of single-phase step voltage regulators, strictly in accordance with the provided specifications. Bids must be submitted sealed to the Purchasing Department at the Ed Fischer Operations Center Building, 8600 NE 117th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98662, by 11:00 A.M. Pacific Time on Friday, July 10, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time, or bidders may call into the opening at 1-866-951-1151 with Conference ID No. 335-968-365. Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. A bid guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount (exclusive of sales tax) is required, in the form of a surety company bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check payable to Clark Public Utilities. Bids may be rejected if not accompanied by an appropriate bid guaranty. Bidders are cautioned that bids cannot be withdrawn after the deadline, unless contract award is delayed by more than 60 days. Bid documents, including plans, specifications, and addenda, can be accessed by registering at https://clarkpud.procureware.com under the Supplemental Application Public category.
