Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the VISN 20 Contracting Office at the Vancouver VA Medical Center, requires privacy panel extenders to attach to existing 47" high Herman Miller modular cubicle panels. These extenders are intended to provide increased privacy and attenuate sound. The solicitation is for the extender panels only, with direct drop-shipping to the warehouse in Vancouver, WA. The required items include acoustical cubicle privacy screen extenders in various sizes: 80 units of 42" W x 18" H, 50 units of 36" W x 18" H, 50 units of 30" W x 18" H, and 50 units of 24" W x 18" H. The lead time after contract award is expected to be 4-6 weeks. The solicitation specifies a comparable product: OBEX Acoustical Cubicle Privacy Screen Extender Desk Panel & Office Divider. Any revisions to finish colors and choices must be determined and approved by the VAPORHCS Interior Designer before contract award.
