Description
Tarrant County College District (TCCD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a secure, modern, cloud-based Program Review and Instructional Assessment Management Software solution. The solution must support the end-to-end program review and instructional assessment lifecycle across academic and instructional programs, enabling consistent, efficient, and transparent collection, review, analysis, and reporting of program-level data. The system must support institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and state and statutory requirements, and be scalable, configurable, and capable of supporting diverse program structures, review cycles, and governance models. The vendor will collaborate with TCCD's organizational transformation team for training and adoption support, work with the IT department through security review, configuration, installation, and testing, and provide ongoing technical support. The solution must address accessibility, data security, and privacy, including compliance with WCAG and FERPA. The RFP response must include an implementation timeline and projected costs.
