Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting proposals for an as-needed agreement to lease mailroom equipment for the Financial Management Services Department. The listed commodities include mailing, packaging, and shipping machines; postage, mailing, and shipping software; and related office equipment rental or leasing services. The submission requires the buyer-provided required forms, Small Business Utilization Form and Small Business Certificate, Deviations form, a technical response, signed addenda or a statement that no addenda were issued, and a completed Price Proposal. Additional supporting documents may be included optionally. The solicitation identifies the procurement as involving both goods and services.
