Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting proposals for an as-needed Fair Market Value lease of a comprehensive mailroom solution for its Financial Management Services Department. The solution must include an automated inserting system, high-volume mailing and postage equipment, receiving, shipping, and package-tracking technology, an intelligent parcel locker bank with at least 13 lockers, required software and integrations, installation, configuration, testing, transition support, training, maintenance, repairs, technical support, updates, and upgrades. Vendors should provide available lease pricing, including 36-, 48-, and 60-month options where applicable, and must ensure the proposed solution is operational before the current lease expires on November 29, 2026. Proposals will be evaluated on small-business participation, proposed solution and functional capabilities, vendor experience and references, implementation and support, and cost. The submission must include the required forms, Small Business Utilization Form and applicable current certifications, deviations form, technical response, signed Addendum No. 1, and completed Price Proposal. The City established a 30% Small Business participation goal, which may be met through prime self-performance, subcontractors, suppliers, or a combination.
