Description
The City of Fort Worth is soliciting construction bids for the Westside Water Treatment Plant WS-3 and WS-4 Pipeline Extensions. The scope includes 609 linear feet of 16-inch water line, 599 linear feet of 36-inch water line, 439 linear feet of common trench construction, and 154 linear feet of concrete-encased common trench construction. The work also includes associated valves, air-release valve assemblies, manholes, and related appurtenances. Required submission materials include the bid form, bid proposal workbook, bid bond, conflict-of-interest statement, non-resident bidder compliance form, prequalification statement, acknowledgment of addenda, small-business utilization form, applicable small-business certificates, and total bid amount data.
