Description
The National Telecommunications and Information Administration's Institute for Telecommunication Sciences requires replacement door locks and cores at the Table Mountain Field Site. The contractor must establish one master key for all buildings and separate building-level keys, replace specified exterior and interior door locks, and provide and install one programmable keypad lock at each of the north and west gates. The required hardware is Schlage CYL 91-161 R145 P516-156 and Trilogy TD DL3200IC, which must be compatible with the Government's existing IT-approved lock-programming software. Alternate or substitute systems are not authorized unless approved by the Government through an amendment. The requirement is a total small-business set-aside and will result in a firm-fixed-price purchase order using a lowest-priced technically acceptable evaluation. The service begins at award and must be completed within 360 days.
