Description
The State of Montana, through State Procurement Services Division on behalf of the General Services Division, is issuing a Request for Proposal to establish a qualified vendor list for security door systems and provide security door services. The solicitation references building doors and hardware, security equipment and supplies, and security systems. Offerors must complete and upload the Business Information document, address every item in the Specifications/Scope document, and provide sufficient manufacturer descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with the specifications. A Contract Exception template may be submitted if exceptions are requested. Offerors must also complete a Trade Secret Affidavit and provide a redacted copy of the proposal if confidential information is claimed. Federal funds are involved; the awarded contractor must have a Unique Entity ID and complete Federal Form NDA889.
