Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotations for professional locksmith services at its Galveston campus. The contractor must survey and inventory approximately 400 locks; rekey or replace designated cylinders using genuine Sargent components; establish a campus-wide Sargent master key system; cut, stamp, and deliver required keys; test all lock and key combinations; and provide final key schedules, bitting records, key-control documentation, and warranty documentation. The scope includes exterior and interior doors, walk-in gates, padlocks, and integration of the campus Fire Control Box. The contractor must furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidental items, be an authorized Sargent installer and service provider, and employ qualified locksmith technicians. Work must be completed by December 31, 2026, with a minimum one-year warranty from Government acceptance. Quotations are evaluated on technical approach, experience and qualifications, past performance, and price.
