Description
Henry County Facilities Department is seeking a qualified contractor to provide annual inspections, preventative maintenance, and repair services for overhead, ADA, automatic pedestrian, sectional, roll-up, sliding, fire, and other specialized doors at County facilities. The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and related services; perform inspections and maintenance to manufacturer, code, and industry standards; provide inspection and repair reports; and supply new replacement parts and equipment when authorized. The scope includes certified ADA door inspections under applicable AAADM and ANSI standards, annual fire-door drop testing and certification, routine and emergency repairs, programming and reprogramming of door systems, written repair estimates, and 24-hour emergency availability with a two-hour response requirement. The contract is a unit-price, renewable agreement with an initial one-year term and two additional one-year renewal periods; quantities and locations may be adjusted by the County.
