Description
The New York City Department of Environmental Protection seeks professional threat assessment consulting services to support its Workplace Violence Prevention Committee and Office of Environmental Health and Safety. The scope includes threat assessment program development; threat assessment and workplace violence prevention training; mental health evaluations of individual employees; workplace violence investigations; active assailant program support and employee training; and personality disorder guidance and employee training. The consultant must provide qualified psychologists or social workers for applicable evaluations, investigations, and training, with New York State licensure and at least three years of relevant mental health assessment experience. Deliverables include policies, procedures, training curricula, evaluations and recommendations, investigation reports, active assailant guidance, and employee and supervisor training. Services will be performed both in person and remotely. The contract term is 36 calendar months from issuance of the Notice to Proceed, with a maximum contract amount of $300,000 and no renewal option. Proposals require separate technical proposal PDFs, a cost proposal in the provided Microsoft Excel format, a document describing pricing assumptions, and the most recent annual audit report.
