Description
The City of New York Department of Citywide Administrative Services is seeking up to five qualified vendors to provide real estate appraisal services through work orders, primarily for properties in New York City, with occasional assignments outside the city. Vendors may propose one or both service options: USPAP-compliant appraisal reports, market rent appraisal reports, and appraisal reviews; and appraisal reports conforming to UASFLA standards. The solicitation requires substantial relevant experience, including at least 75 compliant appraisal reports for New York City properties within the preceding three years, at least 10 years of experience performing each applicable appraisal type, at least three client references from the past five years, sample reports, commercial real estate data subscriptions, qualified appraisal personnel, and copies of applicable licenses and certifications. Proposals must include technical and organizational information, staffing materials, price proposal forms, and required compliance certifications. The anticipated initial contract term is three years, with a possible three-year renewal and one-year extension. Total available funding is estimated at $1,050,000 for the initial three-year period, without a guarantee of any specific work volume.
