Spokane County is soliciting sealed bids for construction services to renovate the third floor of the Monroe Court Building. The selected contractor must provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation. The engineer’s estimate is $3,100,000 plus Washington state sales tax for the base bid; alternates are additional. Bids must be submitted on the response sheets contained in the Invitation to Bid document. A pre-bid conference and site tour are scheduled for September 2, 2026, at the Facilities Building. Attendance is recommended for prime contractors planning to bid. Minority business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
