Description
The City of Spokane, through its Parks and Recreation Department, is seeking a contractor to plan, implement, supervise, and manage community youth tennis programming. The scope includes summer camps, after-school programs, classes, clinics, curriculum development, qualified instructors and seasonal personnel, equipment and instructional materials, registration and payment processing, customer service, marketing, scholarships or financial assistance, safety and participant-protection practices, and performance and financial reporting. The contract term is three years, renewable for up to five years total by mutual agreement, with contract work expected to begin January 1, 2027. The contractor will retain 80% of applicable program registration revenue, while the City receives 20%; participant fees require City approval. Proposals must address program delivery, management capacity, safety, community access, marketing, financial administration, references, and past performance, including at least three references and relevant experience from the previous five years.
