Submission Instructions
Description
The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for continuous steel sewer rods for its Wastewater Maintenance department. The quoted product must be 0.375 inches in diameter and supplied in 1,600-foot continuous lengths, ordered by the roll. The City may request a small product sample before award at no charge. The award will be a five-year value blanket order with no guaranteed quantities; products will be ordered as needed and paid for only after delivery, receipt, and acceptance. Pricing must remain firm for the first year, with annual price adjustments thereafter subject to the stated terms and City approval. Delivery is FOB destination, with freight included, and products must be delivered to the specified wastewater maintenance facility within the supplier's proposed number of business days after receipt of order. Respondents must address business registration, PCB certifications and related testing questions, delivery terms, payment terms, and product-manufacturer information.
