Description
The City of Spokane Fleet Services Department is soliciting proposals from qualified repair shops to provide as-needed maintenance and repair services for the City's light-duty vehicles and equipment. The scope includes preventive maintenance, mechanical and electrical repairs, safety inspections, recall and warranty work, parts and materials, diagnostic services, vehicle pickup and delivery, and mobile or field repairs. Priority and expedited service are required for police and emergency vehicles, and shops must provide timely status updates, estimates, work orders, and invoicing. Subcontracting is permitted with prior City approval for specialized work. Proposers must be licensed to do business in Washington, maintain a secure area for City vehicles, employ appropriately qualified technicians, and possess or access required proprietary diagnostic equipment and tooling. The proposal must include a Letter of Submittal, Technical Proposal, Management Proposal, and Cost Proposal, with pricing entered using the provided cost worksheets and maintenance grid. Multiple contracts may be awarded for an initial one-year term with four additional one-year renewal options.
