Description
This document provides answers to questions regarding the submission process for RFQ 16-2526. It clarifies that the surety letter and certificate of insurance are required in the Phase 3 Cost Proposal, not Phase 1. Additionally, Phase 1 submissions must be physical binders with flash drive copies delivered to the specified address, and nothing for Phase 1 is submitted through the Public Purchase site.
