Description
Spokane County is seeking a professional consultant to provide technical assistance to County planning staff in crafting a renewable energy development code focused on commercial wind and solar energy facilities, along with a related land use study. The project is located within Spokane County, Washington. The evaluation emphasizes experience with environmental land use studies, development-code writing focused on environmental protection, public outreach, renewable energy projects and permitting, and Washington State's Growth Management Act. The selected consultant will perform services under project-specific scopes of work and fees approved by the County. The contract is nonexclusive and is expected to remain in effect through June 2027, with work commencing upon issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
