Description
The City of Spokane is seeking quotes for Jet Power II Grease Neutralizing Agent, manufactured for Jet Vac Sewer Equipment Co.; substitute products will not be considered. The product will be ordered on an as-needed basis under a five-year value blanket order, with no guaranteed quantities, and must be shipped in five-gallon buckets by the pallet. Delivery is FOB destination, with freight included in pricing, to the City's Wastewater Maintenance facility. The supplier must meet the promised delivery timeline, communicate delays before the anticipated delivery date, and comply with pallet-quantity requirements. Pricing is firm for the first year and may be renegotiated annually thereafter under the stated terms. The response must address business registration, PCB certifications and related testing information, payment terms, sales tax, and the City's value blanket terms.
