Description
Greater Dayton Premier Management is seeking a contractor to perform residential repairs at 4069 Iddings Court, Dayton, Ohio. The scope includes replacement of the tub/shower valve and trim; moisture-resistant green-board installation; a five-piece glue-up tub surround; a lighted bathroom exhaust fan and electrical switch connection; subfloor repair and luxury vinyl plank flooring; black vinyl cove base; and approximately 32 square feet of living-room drywall replacement, finishing, priming, and painting. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, and equipment; protect adjacent surfaces and occupant belongings; remove demolition debris; obtain applicable permits and inspections; and test plumbing and electrical work. The quote must be submitted on the signed GDPM Request for Quote form, with an attached detailed proposal permitted. Section 3 requirements apply, and a bid guarantee plus payment/performance bond is required if the bid exceeds $100,000. The solicitation states that price, past performance, MBE/WBE/Section 3 status, equity among vendors, and capacity may be considered in evaluation.
