Description
The City and County of San Francisco, through the Department of Public Works, is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a Master As-Needed Agreement (M22) for General Building Services. The work encompasses a wide range of general building services including repair, alteration, modernization, maintenance, rehabilitation, demolition, and construction of infrastructure, buildings, structures, or other real property. The estimated contract amount is approximately $3,000,000.00. The contract term is up to two years with possible extension up to five years to complete issued work orders. An online pre-proposal conference was held on January 10, 2023.
