Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is planning a construction contract for Project 590-24-450, Renovate Transitional Housing. The work includes renovation of four Hampton VA Healthcare System transitional residences: three in Hampton, Virginia, and one in Norfolk, Virginia, including all associated work required by the plans and specifications. The anticipated performance period is 365 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The construction magnitude is estimated at $2 million to $5 million. The forthcoming solicitation is expected to be a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, with one award to one offeror.
