Description
Mississippi State University is soliciting bids for construction of the Deer Outreach Building under Project PDCA #305-676 and Bid File #27-10. Bidders may submit sealed bids or electronic bids; electronic bids must include a copy of the bidder’s Certificate of Responsibility. Work is to be performed at Mississippi State University. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 7, 2026, at Gast Hall. Bid documents are available in paper or PDF format, and plan holders must register and order documents through the designated planroom. The project manual contains the detailed bid-preparation instructions.
