Description
Bradford County's State Housing Initiatives Partnership (S.H.I.P.) Program is soliciting sealed bids for renovation work at three residences: 6487 NW CR 125 and 2620 Lake Street in Lawtey, and 17843 NW 48th Avenue in Starke, Florida. A mandatory walkthrough is required for a valid bid, and bidders must arrange any property visits through the County and the property owner. Bidders must provide proof of a Residential, Builder, or General Contractor's License; liability insurance; workers' compensation insurance or an exemption card; a statement of nondiscrimination; and at least two references from previously completed jobs. The County may award all or part of the bid and requires projects to be completed in a timely manner. No local preference will be offered.
