Description
The City of Haines City is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide professional landscape architectural and civil engineering services for the Boomerang Park Nature Trail. The scope includes project initiation, site data collection and analysis, trail alignment, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, pedestrian connectivity, native landscaping, irrigation, lighting, seating, wayfinding signage, low-impact play and trailhead elements, utility coordination, and environmental permitting support. The selected consultant will prepare phased deliverables at 30%, 60%, 90%, and 100% permit-ready design levels, including civil, landscape, structural, electrical, plumbing, MEP, and environmental components. Services also include protected-species surveys, Southwest Florida Water Management District permitting, signed and sealed construction documents, bidding support, responses to technical inquiries, addenda assistance, and construction administration as Architect/Engineer of Record. The project site is identified as 699 Avenue C, Haines City, Florida.
