Description
New Mexico State University is seeking qualified suppliers for one or more categories of facilities maintenance, repair, and operations materials and supplies. Categories include access control, locksmith and door hardware; vehicle and fleet maintenance; structural and building maintenance; grounds, landscape, and irrigation; electrical materials and supplies; and mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC materials and supplies. The resulting arrangement may include multiple awards by category, and suppliers may propose for one, several, or all categories. Suppliers must describe product and manufacturer coverage, customer service and account management, inventory and delivery capabilities, emergency response, technical support and product sourcing, ordering methods, invoicing, returns, reporting, relevant experience, past performance, and commercial/pricing information. The solicitation does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity, dollar volume, or order frequency. Proposals are limited to seven single-spaced, single-sided letter-sized pages using at least 12-point font, with responses submitted through the university's online bidding system.
