Description
Jefferson County is soliciting bids from factory-authorized dealers, distributors, or repair facilities to supply replacement parts and supplies for commercial groundskeeping equipment owned by the County and for future equipment purchases. The scope covers parts for lawn mowers, snow blowers, chain saws, trimmers, blowers, tractors, engines, pumps, industrial cordless tools, and related equipment from manufacturers including Agri-Fab, Ariens, Briggs & Stratton, Gravely, Honda, Husqvarna, John Deere, Kohler, Kubota, Makita, Stihl, Toro, Troy-Bilt, and others. Bidders must enter a value or no-bid response for each listed manufacturer or brand and may offer online ordering and electronic catalog pricing. The contract is a requirements and indefinite-quantity contract with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchases. The initial term is November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2028, with a mutually agreed one-year renewal option. Award will be made by manufacturer to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder offering the highest discount from the manufacturer's list price. Stocked items must generally be delivered within 24 hours and non-stocked items within 48 hours of order placement. The solicitation requires two paper copies for mailed or in-person submissions and includes insurance, factory-authorization, certification, and bid-form requirements.
