Description
The City of Rancho Cucamonga is soliciting a registered electrical supply wholesaler to provide various new and unused electrical parts, supplies, materials, and equipment on an as-needed basis. The supplier must operate a warehouse and wholesale counter-sales facility within 10 miles of the City limits, maintain at least $400,000 of commonly used electrical supplies in local stock, and provide items not locally stocked within three working days. The supplier must also obtain requested manufacturers’ items from other local distributors when necessary, without additional charges, and provide product warranties standard in the industry. The requirements include immediate counter pickup during normal business hours, emergency warehouse access 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and next-business-day delivery for requested stocked items. Deliveries must be made to the City’s Corporate Yard, Monday through Thursday between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., using the vendor’s owned and operated local delivery fleet. Pricing is submitted by line item, with a discount percentage for unlisted items, and must remain valid through June 30, 2027. The response must include the completed and signed Exhibits A through G, the signed Standard Terms and Conditions, required line-item pricing, and a completed Specifications Worksheet.
