Description
The State of California Department of General Services, Procurement Division, is issuing an Invitation for Bid to establish a mandatory statewide contract for processed and natural cheese and individually wrapped mozzarella string cheese. The resulting contract will be mandatory for all California state departments and will run for two years, with two one-year extension options. The procurement requires compliant food products, packaging, labeling, food safety documentation, and refrigerated distribution to state institutions and warehouses. Addendum 1 replaces the original Narrative Response with a revised, fillable Attachment 3 - Narrative Response Addendum 1. The revised form requires responses concerning certifications, seller permit information, distribution planning, subcontracting and preference claims, product certifications, and other bidder disclosures.
