Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections, on behalf of Central Warehouse Operations, is seeking bids for specified meat and cheese products to supply correctional facility kitchens. The one-time order includes frozen meat and cheese products delivered to six warehouse locations statewide, with delivery required by November 6, 2026. The solicitation requires electronic submission of administrative paperwork and a price proposal. Required administrative materials include a W-9, vendor information, vendor disclosure statement, non-conflict-of-interest documentation, and all documents identified in Exhibit A. The buyer reserves the right to award by line item, and pricing is requested as a lump sum on an FOB-destination basis.
