Description
Oakland County Sheriff's Department is seeking a complete, factory-new liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry system for routine qualitative and quantitative analysis of drugs, metabolites, and other toxicologically relevant compounds in forensic biological specimens. The reference configuration is an Agilent 6475 Triple Quadrupole LC/MS/MS system, but approved equals may be proposed if they satisfy all mandatory requirements and provide supporting OEM documentation. The base bid must include the mass spectrometer with orthogonal ESI source and ventless maintenance capability; binary-gradient HPLC pump, temperature-controlled autosampler, column thermostat, switching valve, software and data system, forensic toxicology compound database/library, nitrogen generator, computer hardware, power equipment, accessories, installation, positive-mode ESI instrument detection-limit acceptance testing, at least three years of continuous OEM or OEM-authorized service coverage, four consecutive days of on-site method/application consulting, and training. The system must support forensic toxicology workflows, MassHunter interoperability, regulated-laboratory data integrity, diagnostic and performance monitoring, and a minimum ten-year expected operating life or equivalent capital-protection program. The response must include requirement-by-requirement compliance documentation for any approved equal.
