Description
Oakland County, on behalf of its Water Resources Commissioner, is requesting proposals for as-needed water quality monitoring equipment, calibration, maintenance, installation, removal, and related services. The scope covers annual calibration and cloud database subscriptions for water-level sensors, flow sensors, sondes, autosamplers, and associated telemetry equipment, as well as repair and maintenance services. The contractor must also furnish new sensors, sondes, autosamplers, telemetry equipment, replacement parts, accessories, software, and related components from various manufacturers. Proposals must include all-inclusive labor and equipment rates, rental rates, catalog pricing discounts, subcontracted-service and third-party-equipment markups, manufacturer and equipment capabilities, staff resumes, references, business and technical information, and the required safety-compliance certification. Service responses are required within 48 hours of inquiry, and the contractor must provide a minimum one-year warranty on installed materials and workmanship. No minimum or maximum service volume is guaranteed.
